Audiophiles going for a 'great deal' might be making a big mistake

Methinks too many audiophiles are making buying decisions based solely on getting a super price, but that might be the wrong approach. I suggest putting your money (and time) into investing in the RIGHT speaker, amp, DAC, etc. The one you really want.

That said, if you go in with the idea of flipping from one component to the next to gain experience living with lots of different gear, that works, as long as you're not losing too much time and money flipping.

Or, experiment living with opposites, tube then transistor electronics, analog then digital, horns then planar magnetics, etc.
