**Warning I do curse in this video a couple times** This is a prime example of how some landlords treat their units that they rent out to tenants. You may ask why are you posting this? it’s because their is so many people who get screwed over by lazy cheap landlords and have to deal with issues like this On a daily basis. This furnace constantly leaks water as well you must have the tv cranked in 90’s just to hear it and the Landlord says the furnace is in great working condition lol he has had guys come and “fix” it he says but no tags or anything. Not even the last combustion test.... What are your thoughts? Please share as this is probably happening to many people around. Not just here in North Bay Ontario.
