Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address an election meeting in Dumka on Sunday to address the voters of Santal in the fifth phase of Jharkhand Assembly Elections-2019. Modi will arrive at the land of Sido Kanhu at 12.30 pm. It will stay here for about one and a half hours. Strong security arrangements have been made for this. The security of the synagogue has been taken over by the SPG. To strengthen the security system, officers of five IPS and 35 DSP ranks have been deployed. Apart from the Prime Minister's carcade till the synagogue, there will be a CM's vehicle. On Saturday, SPG performed a mock drill with a carcade. Chief Minister Raghuvar Das, who arrived in Dumka on Saturday, consulted with the senior leaders of the party. On the occasion, MP Sanjay Seth said that this gathering will be historic. In the program, besides the Chief Minister, Union Minister Arjun Munda, Jharkhand in-charge Om Mathur, Uttarakhand Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat, there will be candidates for nine assembly constituencies. These include Dumka, Jama, Shikaripara, Jarmundi, Jamtara, Nala, Maheshpur, Podaihat and Sarath. On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive at Qazi Nazrul Islam Airport from Durgapur (Andal) from New Delhi in a special aircraft. 15 constituencies spread over four districts of Dhanbad, Deoghar, Giridih and Bokaro will go to polls in this phase on Monday. A total of 221 candidates, including 23 women nominees, are in the fray in the elections.
