Empowering Refugees in Amman: The Hope Workshop

Here at Collateral Repair Project we are giving women of all ages a place to use their talents and create beautiful, handmaid designs, ornaments, clothes, calendars, and more-- all here in the Hope Workshop! These creative and hands on activities provide a way to use valuable skills that give these women the ability to empower themselves. The Hope Workshop gives them a place to express themselves and a community to love and grow within. These women become each others' family and provide each other with so much after surviving the shared experience of unfathomable loss. The Hope Workshop most definitely provides hope, but it also gives something even more to these women from Somalia, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Palestine-- it gives them strength.
