Inspecting Siding, Roofing and Portico by Taylor Rae Construction

Here is an example of a real life inspection we did for a customer who wanted to know more about roofing and siding for there home in New Jersey. This home has what appears to be Asbestos siding but it is more likely an Owens Corning fiber cement siding from the 1970's. To know for sure a piece of siding has to be sent to a certified testing lab. The roof has insufficient ventilation as you will see. The front columns and portico trim are all rotted and need to be replaced.
