Can be stored at normal room temperature. Lasts approx. a week. Ingredients : Garlic - 1 cup Tamarind - 1 lemon size ball Red Chilli - 8 Whole Pepper - 1 tsp Bengal Gram Dhal - 1 1/2 tsp Urad Dhal - 1 tsp Mustard Seed - 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Curry Leaves - 1/2 handful Gingelly Oil as required Salt to taste
