Nairobi succession dilemma

Nairobi succession dilemma In the wake of today's decision by the court Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja and county assembly speaker Beatrice Elachi have moved in to arrest the crisis at city hall.
Sakaja has written to senate speaker  Ken Lusaka requesting a special sitting of the senate  to discuss what he calls an exceptional situation in the county due to the absence of a deputy  governor.
Elachi on the other hand wants attorney general Paul Kihara to issue an advisory on the management of county assembly funds anticipating a reaction from the national  treasury.
