Setting Your Children Up to Make Smart Decisions | Dad University

As parents, we want our children to make smart decisions. Smart decisions usually mean good decisions. Our children are going to be faced with all kinds of difficult decisions around drinking, drugs, adult material, smoking, etc.

Our job as parents is to coach them, communicate, and get them ready so that hopefully they will make smart decisions on their own. We are not going to always be there so we need to teach them about good decision making and how their decisions can affect them.
