Aloysius Pang death: Factors that resulted in the accident were preventable, says Ng Eng Hen

Speaking in Parliament on Monday (May 6), Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen said the factors that resulted in the death of Aloysius Pang were preventable. In his ministerial statement, Dr Ng said the incident would not have happened if the gun commander had ensured that Pang was in a safe position before activating the gun barrel to standby position.
