Verbal and physical abuse, public humiliation, name-calling and gaslighting...workplace bullying comes in many forms.

According to Safework Australia, over a third of us have been sworn at or yelled at while on the job, and one in ten people say they’ve experienced more persistent bullying. The impact on mental health is huge.

So what needs to happen to stop this kind of behaviour?
