Innamorato: General Assistance Is Essential To Those In Need

Pa. state Rep. Sara Innamorato spoke on the House Floor, pleading with her colleagues to vote in favor of funding General Assistance in the Commonwealth. Innamorato feels that people who are working to improve their quality life after much struggle can greatly benefit from this program.
