The Head Teacher of Gantom Primary School in Lae has told EMTV News that the school has been operating by getting school supplies on credit from service providers. Martina Tanialu says they now owe over K40 thousand to suppliers.
Nearly all government schools are in debt because Tuition Fee Free Funds have not been paid.
