Many of us face a common challenge 'I need to lose some weight!' These yogic tips and techniques will facilitate weight loss by boosting metabolism, cleansing the inner mechanism, reducing fat and building muscle. Taking inspiration from a personal journey of losing 43 kilos, let’s start shedding off that extra weight.

Atmarpit Shraddhaben is a seeker who has shifted from Antwerp, Belgium to India to pursue the spiritual path. She is a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed her Yoga Teachers’ Training Course in classical ashtanga at Ayush Yogadarshanam in Mysuru and her Advanced Yoga Teachers’ Training course at Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh. Shraddhaben has been taking yoga sessions at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur and the Mission’s Spiritual Centre in Mumbai.

SRMD Yoga is an initiative envisioned by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai as a means to augment a seeker's spiritual progress and wellbeing by facilitating physical and mental health. Through asana, pranayama, mudra and other yoga techniques, the programme promotes a holistic way of living by aligning one's mind, body and soul.
