Eddie is your main opponent in the career mode of NFS Underground, which is probably the first NFS game that had cars become iconic with a specific livery. You can unlock Eddie's car as a bonus car for quick race mode. However, his car is rather slow there and doesn't even have nitrous.
NFS World brought back many famous liveries from other NFS games, including Eddie's livery from Underground for the R34.
NFS The Run had a special Underground chapter in the Challenge Series, which was a preorder bonus for people who bought the game from a particular store. There were also Most Wanted and Carbon chapters for other stores. The Underground bonus also gave you a Skyline with Eddie's livery. However, in this game it is actually an R32 and the livery says Underground instead of Eastsiderz.
Thanks to ISAD for recording this car for me, since I only have the Most Wanted chapter myself. Have a look at his NFS intro compilation here:
NFS Most Wanted 2 had the R34 as part of the Heroes DLC pack and Eddie's livery is one of several available liveries for it.
In Need for Speed 20 Eddie himself returned as a character for a series of events called Eddie's Challenge, which also allowed you to unlock his car.
In Need for Speed Payback Eddie's R34 was one of the abandoned cars that you could find on the map in certain weeks.
If you enjoyed this video, then also have a look about my previous compilation, which covered the Koenigsegg Regera and was overlooked by a lot of people. Here you can find it:
Are you more interested in the R34 overall without a specific livery? Then have a look at the general R34 compilation with 16 different games here:
Over the next few days I should be able to try the public NFS Heat demo at gamescom and I will of course also show you the full game as soon as it is released on November 8.
