Turns out the info in this video is inaccurate to say the least. A viewer has pointed out to me that a negative 1% interest rate on $400,000 at thirty years would be $342,00 not $295,00. I will do my best to always bring accurate information.
The idea that some one would actually carry a negative interest contract on a house is pretty far out there but we live in strange times too. Try and envision a negative rate world. What if you carried a contract on a house for $400,000 at a negative 1%?
