Today I have a special guest who decided to tag along to the gym with me and get an EXTREME WORKOUT !!! I brought my sister Brooklyn to the gym with me and let's just say she underestimated her brother's career.

Brooklyn was having a bit of trouble with the Ab wheel Roll outs so being the great personal trainer I am I decided to have her do a combination of abdominal workouts.(hahaha)
