CEO of Trivago says Travelers Want Coziness of Airbnb but Predictability of Hotel (my thoughts)

Personally I agree with the consumer desire for reliability and experiences that Airbnb’s provide and hotels do not...however, I disagree that corporate rental arbitrageurs like Sonder and Lyric et al are the answer.
