Former Secretary-General of the Foundation and President of the Foundation for Social Awareness, IYR Krishnarao Rao, has requested the High Court to provide a minimum period of security for the transfer of employees and public officials including the Secretary to the State Government. To this extent he has filed a public interest litigation. He asked the state government to find out what measures are being taken to keep public officials / employees in their posts for at least two years in the wake of the sudden transfer of CSLV Subramaniam.
