PS5 Currently Outperforms Xbox Project Scarlett According to Insider

It was recently revealed by an industry insider that Sony's PS5 currently outperforms Microsoft's Xbox Project Scarlett. According to this person the PlayStation 5 is in a more advanced stage of hardware and game development but they do believe Microsoft might be able to catch up with some type of directX sofware. We know that both consoles will be awesome and both with offer awesome graphics but one of them will have to have the edge.

This rumor has been persisting for some time now, with how hard Microsoft went in with "the worlds most powerful console" Xbox fans are expecting them to hold that title. It's looking more more like that might not be the case. Sony is pushing hard for the PS5 to be a major success next-gen with PS5 exclusives and most of their effort and resources going towards that. Microsoft still has a presence in the console space but it is not their current priority.
