When it comes to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve, a lot of people get stressed over gaining weight, eating a lot of calories, and falling off their fitness routines. I'm here to tell you in this video my thoughts on this and how to change your perspective and have a healthier mindset about holiday weight gain and such. I want to stress how important it is to not only be physically healthy, but mentally healthy as well.
