Hello my swole bbs! In this video today I'm going to be talking all about the common stress that comes with the holidays! When it comes to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve, a lot of people get stressed over gaining weight, eating a lot of calories, and falling off their fitness routines. I'm here to tell you in this video my thoughts on this and how to change your perspective and have a healthier mindset about holiday weight gain and such. I want to stress how important it is to not only be physically healthy, but mentally healthy as well.
