It should be common sense but there is still the Keynesian axiom that it doesn't matter how the money is spent into the economy as long as it is spent. While I support MMT, I argue that it most certainly does matter how the money is spent; if the government is going to spend it, spend it on something that improves the quality of life for the community in which it's spent. I also show how the RBE MMT program can be paid for.
