Miami teenager is charged for wrestling a fake alligator at a shopping mall A high school senior has been charged with criminal mischief after wrestling a fake alligator set up on display in a Miami mall.

Gianny Sosa-Hernandez, 18, was arrested Monday over the March 30 incident, which was caught on camera and spread on social media.

Video footage shows the high school senior removing his t-shirt inside The Falls Shopping Center before climbing over a barricade and throwing the alligator statue into an indoor pond.

The teenager can then be seen jumping on top of the reptile replica before smashing it around in the shallow water. On March 11, the teenager was charged with battery after allegedly attempting an 'RKO' move on his high school principal, Humberto Miret.

The dangerous move, typically performed by WWE wrestler Randy Orton, is executed by grabbing the back of an opponent's head and slamming their face into the ground.

The shocking incident was filmed by fellow students and posted online. It was unclear what led to the alleged incident but footage shows the student appearing to try the move, only for the principal to wrestle him off and hold him against a wall.

The pair then engage in a tussle, with Miret pushing the boy backwards and holding him there.

Later footage, shared on Instagram, shows a heated argument between the pair as Miret calls the police and Sosa- Hernandez accuses his principal of restraining him.

The teen was charged with battery on a school official and interference with an educational institution.
