Demonstrating a very crude 1 transistor fm transmitter, something that is very easy to make but isn't good quality at all, you see the frequency moves whenever I go near it. I recommend if you are going to make this you use batteries, if your neighbours are a few feet there is a chance you could interfere with the station their listening, the power lead will act as aerial you may also hear buzzing in the backround!. Mostly what the problem is here the tiny transistor is trying to do everything, you need to use one with more stages, that decouple the audio and the antenna from having an effect (if you where going use one). You would need 3 stages and thats how it would work!
